GeoKlein Ltd utilizes drone-mounted cameras to conduct aerial surveys for business and academic purposes, capturing high-resolution imagery to analyze landscapes. Due to the nature of these surveys, it is possible that individuals or private property may be inadvertently photographed if they are within or near the designated survey area.
We are committed to minimizing any impact and, when necessary, will make reasonable efforts to inform affected individuals or communities, particularly if our risk assessment indicates a significant impact. Given the resolution of our imagery and the intended use of the final product, we believe the likelihood of identifiable personal details being captured or posing any risk is minimal.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
